We clear gutters with the SkyVac from the ground where the building allows, and clean roofs with low pressure from access towers. The roof is then treated with biocide and photographed by drone.

Big roofs and long gutter runs
Large properties mean long runs of guttering, often at height, with conservatories, garages and outbuildings underneath. The SkyVac reaches up to 40ft from the ground, so most gutters can be cleared without ladders against the walls, and every clean includes a check of the joints and downpipes.
Where a roof needs cleaning too, we work from access towers so nobody stands on the tiles, and you get drone photos of the whole roof when we are done. It is the easiest way to see the condition of a big roof without going up there yourself.
