Gutters first
Gutters are a big part of what we do around Gatley. Leaves, moss off the roof and silt build up over the year, and once a gutter is full the water goes over the edge and down the wall.
We clear them with the SkyVac from ground level where the building suits it, check the joints and downpipes, and replace leaking union joints at a price agreed before we start. Gutter cleans start from £40.
Roofs, patios and the rest
Roof cleaning is done with a low-pressure system from access towers, then treated with biocide so the moss stays away longer. Patios and drives are cleaned with flat surface cleaners and the right treatment for the surface, whether that is block paving, resin, porcelain or Indian stone.

Patios and paths that have turned green
Gardens around Gatley tend to be well established, with hedges, trees and shaded corners. That shade is where algae turns paths and patios green and slippery, especially on Indian stone and older concrete flags.
We clean them with flat surface cleaners rather than a bare lance, so there are no stripes left behind, then treat the surface with a biocide to slow the green coming back. If the patio is porcelain, we use a specialist solution that cleans without scratching the glaze. Tell us roughly how big the area is and what it is made of, and a couple of photos are usually enough for a price.
