Trees, shade and moss
With so many mature trees around Bramhall, leaf fall in autumn is heavy and plenty of roofs spend half the day in shade. That is a recipe for moss on the roof, algae on the patio and full gutters by November.
We clear gutters with the SkyVac from the ground, and clean roofs with low pressure from access towers so nobody walks on the tiles. A biocide treatment then slows the moss coming back.
Patios and drives done properly
Bramhall has plenty of block paving, Indian stone and porcelain, and each needs its own approach. Block paving gets its joints re-sanded with kiln-dried sand, resin gets a resin-safe treatment, and porcelain and stone are cleaned without abrasion.

Larger homes, one visit
Bramhall properties are often detached, with a big roof, long runs of guttering and a driveway that has had years of leaves and moss sitting on it. Rather than three trades on three different days, we can quote the lot as one full exterior clean.
That usually means the roof cleaned and treated first, the gutters cleared of everything that came off it, the fascias and soffits wiped down, and the drive or patio washed last so nothing from above lands on a clean surface. Full packages like that usually run from £500 to £1,500 or more, depending on the size of the house.
